WBTW Speaking at Travel Adventure Show in October
We will talk to Travel adventure show in Silicon Valley on saturday 23 october at 3 p.m. on their Smart destination stopover. We will also have a booth there (# 911) under the We Blog the World & Blue Soul Travel umbrellas, so look for us if you are in the area or maybe. The show will take place all weekend at the Santa Clara Convention Center. You can find out more here, including how to get tickets. (note: they follow the appropriate Covid guidelines and protocols)
Our conversation will take place Transformative travel: Become “informed” through your travel experiences.
We’ll share how to connect more deeply to a destination’s culture and people – their language, their unique customs, their food, their drinks and their music. Explore how the sanctity of a place can show you how it and we are all interconnected.
A deeper connection not only pushes you to see, taste and hear the powerful senses of travel, but also inspires you to go inward, which not only transforms your experience. on the ground, but your understanding of the world, your role in it, and everything around you. After a real transformative travel experience, you will emerge with deep wisdom and a richer understanding of the oneness of every living being on this beautiful planet of ours. Also discover captivating activities in different parts of the world that combine adventure, nature and spirituality for an incredible sacred experience. We really hope you can join us.
In addition to our conference, there are other exciting sessions that run on Saturdays and Sundays. Host of Discovery Channel Unknown Expedition Josh gates will give a talk on his most daring expeditions as well as concrete advice on how to embrace the unknown and turn your next trip into an epic one. Writer, actor and travel director Andrew McCarthy will also talk about her personal journey and how travel and self-reflection changed her life.
There will also be a special report from the Master Road Warrior and CBS News Travel Editor. Peter Greenberg, who is also an investigative journalist and Emmy-winning producer. Then Pauline Frommer will also take the stage on Saturday (whom we had the chance to meet a few times at the New York Times Travel fair over the years). She plans to discuss how to plan the most attractive vacations for this transition period, covering everything from insurance issues to airline tickets and accommodations, from cultural changes to travel patterns.
