Here is a suggestive itinerary of your trek from Jumla to Rara Lake:
Day 1: Reach Jumla from Kathmandu, and head towards Padmara, where you will camp for the night.
Day 2: Next morning, you will depart from Padmara and head towards Khali Langa Pass, which is at an altitude of 1,161 feet. Day 6: This is the day where you start your return journey. First, you go downstream to Khatyar Gad for an hour, and you have to cross the Murma Bridge. Continue trekking southwards through beautiful forest until you reach Ghodasan, where you will camp for the night.
Day 7: On this day, there are two routes to choose from, the most scenic of the two being the southbound Diyabala Danda trek, which takes about an hour through lush forest. From there, you will have to head towards Sinja, where you will stay the night.
